- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible experience. They did not notify me about my appointment. When i called them and asked why they havent done it, the answer was : we sent you a message, check your phone. I checked my phone and i see a message from unknown number which do not belong to this medical office and this message consisted of only address with no other information. I asked them how do i suppose to know that it was you, there is no information in the message. And they said: well you could call and ask who sent you a message. WHY WOULD I CALL TO UNKNOWN NUMBER AND ASK WHO SENT ME A TEXT MESSAGE WITH ADDRESS?? I have phone number of the office, i would answer to the message if they would have called from this phone number or at least if they would have mention any information in the address!February 16, 2017by Anna Vakulchyk
